1. Acceptance of Terms & B2B Context

By accessing or using the MsyeAI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. MsyeAI provides automated accounting and AI extraction tools Intended strictly for business-to-business (B2B) use by accountants and business entities, not for personal consumer use.

2. Description of Service

MsyeAI provides an AI-powered accounting dashboard that extracts data from invoices and receipts. This data can be synchronized with Google Workspace.

3. AI Accuracy Disclaimer (Important)

Our platform uses advanced Artificial Intelligence to extract financial data. However:

  • AI is not infallible. You explicitly acknowledge that AI extraction may produce errors, hallucinations, or misinterpretations.
  • Your Responsibility: You, as the accounting professional, retain full and sole responsibility for verifying the accuracy of all ledger entries, tax codes, and financial data before submitting them to tax authorities (e.g., HMRC, Revenue Commissioners) or third-party platforms.
  • MsyeAI is a productivity tool, not a licensed accounting or tax advisory service.

4. Google API Integration

Our service integrates with Google APIs to export your accounting data to Google Sheets. By using this feature, you authorize MsyeAI to create spreadsheets in your Google Drive and write invoice ledger data to them. We do not read, delete, or modify other files in your Google Drive.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MsyeAI Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) resulting from your use of the Service, errors in AI extraction that lead to tax penalties, or any third-party conduct.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to MsyeAI for the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload malicious code or harmful documents.
  • Engage in illegal activities, tax fraud, or money laundering.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
